Acupressure Points for Dark Circles
Acupressure is an effective natural method to help reduce dark circles by applying pressure to specific acupressure points on the body. The following are the commonly used acupressure points for dark circles that you can do on your own. Instead of using your fingers, you can also use a tool called an acupressure pen, which is a pen-like tool with a small rounded end. Zanzhu (BL2)
Zanzhu, also known as Gathered Bamboo, can be effective in relieving eye strain and tension, which can contribute to dark circles. It is located at the inner corners of your eyebrows, in the small depressions. Press it lightly with your forefinger and applying pressure using small circular motions.
Tongziliao (GB1)
Tongziliao, also known as Pupil Crevice, can help improve blood circulation to the eye and relax eye strain. It is located in the lateral to outer canthus, in the depression on the lateral side of the orbit. Press it lightly with your forefinger and applying pressure using small circular motions.

Chengqi (ST1)
Chengqi, also known as Containing Tears, can be used to relieve redness, swelling, pain in the eye and eye twitching. It is located directly below the pupil of the eye, between the eyeball and the infraorbital ridge. Press it lightly with your forefinger and applying pressure using small circular motions.
Yintang (EXTRA 2/M-HN-3)
Yintang, also known as Hall of Impression, can help relax eye strain. It is located between the inner edges of the eyebrows. Press it lightly with your forefinger and applying pressure using small circular motions. Then, start with your forefinger right above the bridge of the nose and stroke upward towards the forehead.

Jingming (BL1)
Jingming, also known as Bright Eyes, can be used to reduce dark circles. It is located above the inside corner of the eye. Press it lightly with your forefinger and applying pressure using small circular motions.
Taiyang (EXTRA 5/M-HN-9)
Taiyang, also known as Supreme Yang, can be used to relieve swelling and pain in the eye. It is located between the lateral end of the eyebrow and the outer canthus of the eye. Press it gently for about 1 minute or you can do circular motion with finger.
