Acupressure Points for Neck Pain

Acupressure is an effective natural method to help reduce neck pain by applying pressure to specific acupressure points on the body. The following are the commonly used acupressure points to reduce neck pain that you can do on your own. Instead of using your fingers, you can also use a tool called an acupressure pen, which is a pen-like tool with a small rounded end. Once you master this simple self-care technique, you can use it anytime and anywhere.
