Jianzhongshu, also known as Middle of the Shoulder, is often used to relieve shoulder pain. It is located on the shoulder and is in the center of the vertebral border of the scapula. Use your thumb and apply pressure or you can do circular motion.
Jianjing (GB21)
Jianjing, also known as Shoulder Well, is commonly used for neck and shoulder pain. It is located on the top of the shoulder halfway between the tip of the shoulder and the spine. Use your thumb and apply pressure or you can do circular motion.

Houxi (SI3)
Houxi, also known as Back Stream, can be used to ease stiffness in shoulder. It is located on the ulnar side of the hand, proximal to the fifth metacarpophalangeal joint. Use your thumb and apply pressure or you can do circular motion with thumb.
Fengchi (GB20)
Fengchi, also known as Wind Pool, can improve blood circulation in the neck and head. It can be used for relieving neck and shoulder pain. It is located behind your earlobe, toward the top of your neck and the base of your skull. Use your thumb or forefinger and apply pressure or you can do circular motion with finger.
